Franklin Park housing is upscale, with condos and townhomes in the low $200,000s to low $300,000 range. There are also a limited number of large 'estate' type homes in the $500,000 to $700,000 range. The communities are not gated. Housing is also located very neat to wooded areas that provide a 'close to nature'
